Midas Energy Group LLC is pre-launch and developing an Option 2 REP / Load Serving Entity model and own-QSE capability. Midas does not currently represent that it is authorized to provide retail electric service. Any future service depends on all required PUCT approvals, ERCOT registration and qualification, and customer eligibility.
